The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support across Northern Europe, working closely with Major’s dealers and select direct accounts (end-users or OEM house accounts). This role supports corporate market initiatives, promotes Major’s strategic approach, and serves as a brand ambassador for Major’s products in these regions.
In this position, the Territory Manager will collaborate with dealers and customers located in:
- Scandinavia: Sweden, Norway, Denmark
- Baltic States: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- UK & Ireland
Key Responsibilities

Dealer Support
- Deliver Major’s technical and sales training programs to dealer sales teams.
- Provide field coaching and ongoing technical/sales assistance.
- Identify key accounts and lead their development in collaboration with dealers.
- Support dealers in negotiations and relationship-building with major accounts to establish 3-way Partnership Agreements.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure dealers follow Major’s business procedures (quoting, ordering, shipping, pricing, payment terms, claims).
- Assist dealers in promotional activities such as trade shows and seminars.
- Support resolution of non-compliance issues and corrective actions.

Direct Sales
- Conduct site visits, presentations, training, and technical assessments with prospective customers.
- Represent Major’s market approach and manage proposals and agreements.

Corporate Support
- Promote Major locally through calls, seminars, and trade association events.
- Represent Major at national and international trade shows as needed.
- Identify and profile targeted customers (decision-makers, product usage, competitive landscape).
- Collect and report competitive intelligence (pricing, product samples, marketing materials).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Field experience with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in business software (CRM experience is a plus).
- Must reside within the designated territory (Scandinavia or Baltic region).
- Fluent in English and Swedish ;proficiency in local languages is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years in technical industrial sales.
- A combination of relevant experiences may be considered.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (Mining or Mechanical), or related field preferred.
